Last year, while stopped at a red light, I was reared-ended, in what I consider to be a pretty bad car accident. After a previous accident about 14 years ago, I had had a less than positive experience with the personal injury attorney handling my case at the time. Although I eventually won a settlement in court, my attorney was part of a personal injury mill and treated me in a very condescending manor and rarely communicated with me about my case. He also drug the case on for almost four years before we ended up in court.
