Technology and Exhibits
They say that a picture is worth a thousand words. Today’s juries respond to visual information. People are accustomed to using computers, PDA’s and smart phones in everyday applications. Case presentations should be highlighted and delivered the same way. Jeffrey R. Davis, P.A. believes in the use of multimedia technology in litigation. At Jeffrey R. Davis, P.A., we use visual presentations in mediation, arbitration and in the courtroom to effectively present our clients’ claims. This presents the facts and evidence in a way that is easy to understand and follow, while emphasizing the important points. There are different ways to highlight important aspects of every case because no two cases are alike. The firm has found that using various media which may include: enlarged photographs, video-taped testimony, video footage of an accident site, exhibits, digital animations, medical summaries, power point presentations, story boards, day-in-the-life films and digital presentations ensure our main arguments are better visualized. Jeffrey R. Davis, P.A. uses technology to video tape depositions, scan documents, present digital reenactments of an accident or specific medical procedure, and to show the severity of our clients’ injuries with the use of medical illustrations. It is our belief that with the proper use of technology, the firm can develop a case theme, focus on significant case issues and maximize the case value.
